How Does This All Work?

1. We agree on a design package.
2. We collect payment for your design package – or set up a billing arrangement. (Note – all billing prices are higher due to administrative costs. It is much better to prepay . . . however, we understand that sometimes that is not an option.)
3. We collect information needed to create your ad. Generally, for a business card sized ad, we would use your business card. However, we can create an ad for you AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE if you elect for a larger prominent ad, banner ad or business card sized unit.
4. If you have elected to have us create your ad – we will email you a digital proof prior to the printing of the poster. (If you have provided us with an ad or business card, we will simply scan that into our computer – there is no need to proof it as we would not be changing it.)
5. We will then print the posters and distribute them throughout the community for free. We will give them to the Booster Club, Parent-Teacher Organization, or Athletic Department free of charge, and they will circulate the Sports Schedules prior to the first games of the season. We will give a number of posters to members of the business community to display in their windows, doorways, entryways or bulletin boards . . . of course, you will receive as many as you need.
6. Upon successful completion of the dispersal – Statewide Student Promotions will then provide a check to the School District or Affiliated Organization. (Depending on total supporter contributions. This is where you, the participant, can directly affect the monetary success of the projects as well as providing the service of free Sports Calendars.)
